At Tool Depot Plus we offer shipping through UPS Fed Ex and USPS. Most orders will ship via UPS ground, but Air services are available at an additional cost. Shipping costs are estimated. In case of a discrepancy, you will be contacted with the additional shipping cost.Our standard order processing time is 3-7 business days. The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are received within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, you will be sent electronic notification indicating that your order has been placed on hold. Tool Depot Plus reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs if a split shipment is requested. If you have requested and paid for a quicker shipping method, such as UPS 2nd day air, this refers to the time it takes UPS to get the package through their system. We still require our standard order processing time to process your order before it is shipped. We ship orders on a first in - first out basis.If you have requested and paid for a quicker shipping method, such as UPS 2nd day air, UPS Next Day Air, etc., these delivery times are guaranteed by UPS, NOT TOOL Depot Plus. If your item does not arrive in the specified time we will request a refund from UPS for your shipping cost. If the delivery is delayed by conditions beyond UPS's control, they will not refund your shipping cost. Warranty Conditions This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Tool Depot Plus warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other than a Manufactory authorized representative. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
